Wouldn't mind trying this recipe, but could someone tell this aussie how much is 1/2 stick of butter?
Apparently (thanks to Tracy at Beyond My Picket Fence) about 113 grams. She used 125g for another recipe and it worked well.

Ooohh that cake looks very yummy. Now that I have that stick of butter thing figured out, I wonder if the vanilla instant pudding mix is the same as our instant pudding?! Off to search....
