Not sure if you've ever tasted "cooking wines" but they are salted and can be pretty bad. I've had a lot of luck with these guys: www.academiewines.com. They blend specialty wines for cooking. It's the only time I've ever seen good wines specifically for cooking. They come in a smaller bottle and taste great too.<br /><br />Just thought I'd share.
