Summary:
The best-selling ONLY series returns with a one-of-a-kind guide for teen guys on how to figure out girls. Drawing on a fresh national survey of 600 teen girls, as well as hundreds of personal interviews, For Young Men Only reveals the real truth about what teenage girls think, what they want, and how average teen guys can build healthy friendships with high quality girls. Full of surprising revelations and practical advice, For Young Men Only delivers help straight from the girls themselves in a fun, easy-to-read, easy-to-talk about format.
Warm, witty, and honest, authors Jeff Feldhahn and Eric Rice tell plenty of personal stories and draw on solid biblical principles to guide young guys through the often daunting world of the opposite sex. Their goal is to help teen guys build self-confidence and understanding, and show them how to pursue a relationship with a girl while giving her the respect and protection she deserves.
My take:~
As the mum of three daughters, I picked up this book with a vested interest in its contents! And it delivers. Written in a casual yet to the point fashion, Jeff and Eric share the results of their extensive survey of teenage girls in order to shed light on the misconceptions guys have about girls. Adding humourous anecdotes from their own teenage years, the authors reveal truths only a girl would know to help guys overcome their confusion when it comes to communicating with the "alien gender"! Short and easy to read, FYMO is a must read for any young man (teen or older) who wants to take the time to know how to relate to the girls he knows.
Do you think it is too much if my hubby and I make it compulsory reading for any boy that comes knocking on our door in the future?!

um, can i just say "me"? :) i have read FWO and FYWO and bought Steve FMO so...that leaves this one!
I am reading FPO at the moment and know of a son that could benefit from FMO.
As the mother of 2 daughters I don't think you're being unreasonable at all. Of course, being the mum of a son as well...he is already under strict instruction to grow up to be a 'nice boy'.
Please put me in the draw :)
well i have to say as a mum of a 2 year old girl the book does not exactly entice me to read. However as an aunt to 4 teenage boys it would be them who i would instruct to read.
I would give it to Steve and I to read and in a couple of years, Ben! He already thinks girls are drama queens! Thanks Rel
I would give it to my husband and nearly 13yr old son to read (hopefully together)!!!
I have read FPO and I highly recommend it for anyone with teens or preteens. I would be thrilled to get my hands on a copy of any of the books they put out.
Sounds GREAT! I have two young men in my house who would benefit from this book. My 15 year old son and my 12 year old son. Please enter me in.

I would actually like to read this, but I have a guy friend (he's like my big bro) who I think would benefit, and probably enjoy it.
I read FYWO, and got heaps out of it!
